We got the NDA lifting as part of our Friday Update (or, possibly just happening on a Friday.. who know.. it’s still awesome). We also got a full Friday Update!
We get a preview of a new Flashpoint “Bringing Down the Hammer” about a Republic Battle Station that was thought lost/destroyed… turns out.. some individuals have found it.. and are using it to take over unaffiliated planets on the Outer Rim.
I really like that we see the group wipe.. AND that we get to see “iconic” class moves, being used by the NPCs against us (the boss uses the same AOE attack as the Smuggler from the progression video). Which of course means I have to point out… only a Smuggler is cool enough to steal an entire Battle Station…
We got a Sneak Peek at the ‘Art and Making of The Old Republic’ book.. (which looks awesome, and you should go buy it now).
This is the kind of book that is normally included in the Collector’s Edition of the game, but isn’t for TOR.. and based on what I’ve seen so far, looks totally worth the extra purchase.. Give it to your favorite Star Wars fan for the Holidays!
Outlaw’s Den was announced via the Fan Site Summit embargo coming down today too.. this is a free for all PvP area on Tatooine where you can even kill the rare spawn vendor that lives there! Should be fun for a lot of guild vs guild action!
