Open Beta:
We have decided to push Open Beta back. We agree that the game’s current state of stability is not allowing us to get the latest experience across to new and veteran players alike. This is a short push back on the date and will depend on the stability and playability of the build.
I think this is the right decision for the MWO team to have made. Â After Tuesday’s patch.. the game has been..challenging to play.. I was having to restart my computer after each match for a bit.. but that was fixed before the stress test on Thursday. Â But, there are still a few glaring issues that need to be addressed before they unleash the masses on the game..especially since the game is still in Beta.. which doesn’t match the normal ‘open beta is free demo of a finished product’ mindset of a lot of those masses..
I’ll update when I know when OB will be.
